 As a family owned and operated greenhouse, we take pride in growing high quality annuals, perennials and house plants. We strive to ensure that all plants offered in our retail greenhouses are healthy and well cared for. It is for this reason, we adhere to the following return policy:

Hard Goods;
Merchandise purchased at Reha Greenhouses may be returned for refund or full credit if returned with the original receipt in like new condition within 30 days of purchase. If your merchandise fails due to a manufacturer’s flaw, we will also offer a full refund or exchange, however, we ask that you do not purposefully cause further damage to the item before returning it to us.

Perennials;
Since we grow our plants here in our greenhouses, we are not able to offer the same blanket guarantee policy as garden centers that have their plants supplied and replaced by large-scale nursery companies. Perennials purchased from our greenhouses may be returned within 3 days accompanied by the original register receipt and in the original pot or container. In addition, the plant must have never been planted and must have been properly cared for and in resalable condition.

Annuals and Houseplants;
We work to provide beautiful and healthy houseplants and annuals. While we cannot offer a 100% guarantee on these plants, we want you to be pleased with your purchase and will be happy to discuss concerns you may have with our plants. Annuals and houseplants can be sensitive to cold, wind, extreme heat and lack of proper conditions including fertilizer, water and light. Often, we can help you identify solutions to specific issues. On edible plants including herbs and patio vegetables, we cannot guarantee that the flavor of the plant will be pleasing to your particular palate.
